a promise

well. since i said i will blog, i shall. yeah. as everyone knows, i am not too bright. so i shall just offer my 2 cents worth here and hopefully 'throw brick attract jade'.

alright. firstly, i think our class has been great this year. i mean, together, we went through all the tutorials and lectures and things are going on pretty well. we definitely had a lot of great teachers at the start of the year but right now their replacements are definitely not bad either. so looks like we are all doing ok and getting along well.

secondly, i would think that sometimes, when something is on auction or is something that's like limited edition, we should buy it, even if it means at a higher price / allowing the producer to practise price discrimination such that there's no consumer surplus but only producer surplus. (for details, pls refer to econs lecture notes on market structure) yeah. it's like i wanted to buy super nice mechanical clock. but then at that time i was like 'aiya too ex. maybe next time.' then now when i check again, gg, the model is no longer in production. lol. so it's like lost. bleahz.

thirdly, i shall describe the class outing we had on national day week. the one on last friday. the following people participated: weiyang, gerald toh, waihan, moses, samuel, liting and yunyi. of course i was there too, being an extremely active member of the class. =P yeah. so we ate our lunch and sang some songs and played a bit of pool and went home. i am being very brief here since words simply cannot describe how fun the outing was. yupyup. sooooooooooooooo, if you want it for yourself, come for the next class outing! =)

alright. i have done a pretty long post so i think i shall stop here before you all get so bored that you want to suan me for entertainment. yeah.

p.s. one last thing. for those people who have yet to pay class funds. pls pls pls pay by tmr then i can settle all the accounts by the weekend and update the class e-group's accounts. thanks lots. =D
